Our story
From technical expertise to a diversified group
GMI-INVESTMENTS traces its origins to the expertise built by Dr. Eng. Ghassene MANAA over more than nineteen years of international experience in cybersecurity, information systems governance and financial risk management.
That technical and academic expertise gave rise to GMI-TECHNOLOGIES, the Group's first operating subsidiary, before broadening into a wider ambition: a family holding company able to operate and invest across several high-value sectors.
From its headquarters in Muscat, Oman, the MANAA Family Group now carries that ambition across three complementary fronts: technology, real estate and finance, with the same standard of rigor and results that built its reputation.

An engineering graduate of the École Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tunis (ENIT), Dr. Eng. Ghassene MANAA brings more than nineteen years of international experience in information systems security, regulatory compliance and financial risk management.
He holds a double doctorate in cybercrime and money laundering, a Master's degree in information systems security and risk management, and an MBA in Ethical Finance.
This dual technical and financial background shapes GMI-INVESTMENTS' strategy: that of a group able to operate cutting-edge technology companies while governing them with the discipline of a demanding investor.
